Every order is sent tracked and requires a signature. We deliver within the United Kingdom only at present.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. An order placed at the weekend is dispatched the next working day.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging, with any certificate included.
Engraved and personalised pieces cannot be returned — they were made to your specification. This is shown on the product page before you order. Earrings cannot be returned once worn.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will send return instructions and a tracked label. Refunds are made to the original payment method within five working days of the piece reaching us.
