Engraving

Selected pieces can be engraved. Where it is available you will see the option on the product page, with the number of characters that piece will take.

What we can engrave

Flat, smooth surfaces — a signet face, a tag, the inside of a band. Pavé and cluster settings cannot be engraved: there is no unbroken surface to cut.

Up to 12 characters on most pieces. Letters, numbers, and the usual punctuation.

How long it takes

Engraving adds two to three working days before dispatch. It is done by hand in our own workshop, not by machine.

Before you order

An engraved piece cannot be returned or exchanged. It was made to your specification and cannot be resold, and the Consumer Contracts Regulations allow us this exception. Please check your spelling carefully — we engrave exactly what you type, including any mistake.

There is no charge for engraving.
